Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant to deliver implementations and AMS support from a remote position in Poland. The role requires 6+ years Workday experience, including 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.

You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities, act as trusted advisor to clients, manage timelines and risks, and mentor team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Workday certification in one or more modules.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking experience.
• Experience across full Workday project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred

• Workday Payroll certification.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or other HRMS platforms.
• Consulting or AMS support experience.
