Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Workday HR Architect/Consultant to support a global organization in its Workday HRIS implementation and optimization. This role is remote with Poland preference and contract terms.

You will configure Workday, develop reports, manage integrations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT across multiple countries, driving data quality and system performance in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM and HRIS/HRIM.
• Strong Workday configuration and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancements.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

We are supporting a global organization that is currently investing in its HR technology landscape and Workday environment. They are looking for a Workday professional with strong HRIS/HRIM experience to support ongoing implementation, configuration and optimization activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop and enhance Workday reports and dashboards
• Support HR stakeholders with HRIS-related processes and improvements
• Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects
• Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations
• Ensure data quality, system performance and process efficiency
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams across the organization
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of Workday capabilities

Requirements

• Experience working with Workday HCM
• Strong Workday configuration experience
• Experience building and maintaining Workday reports
• Understanding of HRIS/HRIM processes and best practices
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancements
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound integrations is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors or Workday Studio
• Payroll integration experience
• Experience within multinational organisations
