Job summary

GPC Global Technology Center in Krakow is seeking a Global HR Workday Operations Analyst to support global Workday processes and master data. You will partner with stakeholders, manage operational transactions, and drive improvements to the Workday platform.

The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Workday and related systems. The team collaborates across functions to enable efficient HR workflows and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience processing and troubleshooting Workday transactions.
  • Experience with Excel, vendor management, project management, process documentation, and Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal savviness and technical support skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and participate in process redesigns.
  • Define configuration specifications and business requirements for new integrations, workflows, or automation.
  • Document and maintain system processes – Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.
  • Function as level 2 Workday and related system and process support – troubleshoot system issues and elevate to partners or vendors, as necessary.
  • Lead continuous process improvement activities.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify data discrepancies and errors.
  • Liaise with vendors to roll out new initiatives or resolve issues.
  • Maintain system security, reporting, and support EIB loads.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Purpose

The Global HR Workday Operations Analyst works with key partners and stakeholders to support global processes, business-as-usual master data management, operational transactions, and global Workday projects. This individual’s passion for solving complex problems and ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data drives them to make recommendations to continuously improve the global Workday platform. The individual in this role is both technically proficient with Workday and highly analytical. They create relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to effectively support the global Workday strategy. As part of the Global Workday Configuration and Operations team, this le is responsible for upholding Workday system and process integrity and integrating with other functions to optimally leverage Workday capabilities and effectively enable business processes.
