• Function as level 2 Workday and related system and process support – troubleshoot system issues and elevate to partners or vendors.
• Lead continuous process improvement activities.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify data discrepancies and errors.
• Liaise with vendors to roll out new initiatives or resolve issues.
• Maintain system security, reporting and support EIB loads.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The GPC Global Technology Center team works on a wide range of projects assisting in areas such as e-commerce and data platforms, supply chain solutions, selling systems, and cyber security. Position Purpose:

The Global HR Workday Operations Analyst works with key partners and stakeholders to support global processes, business-as-usual master data management, operational transactions, and global Workday projects.

This individual’s passion for solving complex problems and ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data drives them to make recommendations to continuously improve the global Workday platform.

The individual in this role is both technically proficient with Workday and highly analytical. They create relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to effectively support the global Workday strategy.

As part of the Global Workday Configuration and Operations team, this le is responsible for upholding Workday system and process integrity and integrating with other functions to optimally leverage Workday capabilities and effectively enable business processes.
