Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Workday Administration & Support specialist to serve as SME for Workday HCM and related modules. You will configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and system settings.

You will manage biannual releases, perform testing, and coordinate deployments while providing ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR/IS/Business and 3+ years of Workday HCM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and system settings.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and feature releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects.
