Huxley is seeking a Workday HR Architect/Consultant to support a global organization in its Workday HRIS implementation and optimization. This role is remote with Poland preference and contract terms.

You will configure Workday, develop reports, manage integrations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT across multiple countries, driving data quality and system performance in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Workday HCM and HRIS/HRIM.
• Strong Workday configuration and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancements.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Workday solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and enhance Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support HR stakeholders with HRIS-related processes and improvements.
• Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams across the organization.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of Workday capabilities.
