Job summary
Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to act as a brand ambassador for AT&T products and services across our nationwide store network. You will engage customers, present personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions, and strive to meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role offers a base pay with commission, possible total compensation in the first year well above base, plus a benefits package and opportunities to grow within the
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with commitment to exemplary customer service.
- Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
- Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
- Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and building tailored solutions.
- Represent AT&T & Prime to customers with professionalism.
- Assist store leadership with operations and daily duties.
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and milestones.
- Sell AT&T products/services, including entertainment, nationwide.
