Job summary

TrellisWare Technologies, a leader in advanced wireless communications, seeks a Field Applications Engineer for Poland. You will serve as the technical point of contact for customers, support field integrations, and deliver product demonstrations to showcase capabilities.

You will work with sales and product teams to gather customer requirements, provide VoC feedback, and help translate field needs into product improvements, while traveling as needed within Poland and internationally.”

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IP data and networking concepts as applied to field deployments.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on support in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and customer support for TrellisWare products onsite and remotely.
• Deliver product demonstrations and field training to customers and partners.
• Capture customer requirements and provide VoC inputs to Product/Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal teams to tailor solutions.
