Job summary

TrellisWare Technologies is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for Poland to be the primary technical contact for customers, delivering demonstrations and supporting integration projects in the field. You will work with sales, engineering, and product teams to translate customer requirements into solutions and provide VoC input. Frequent travel and remote collaboration across Europe are required. The role emphasizes advancing wireless tech and customer success.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or military service equivalent.
• 7+ years in field applications, integrations, or related roles.
• Experience with military or public safety communications is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support onsite and remotely.
• Deliver product demonstrations and define customer integration plans.
• Capture Voice of the Customer feedback for product development.
• Collaborate with product teams to adapt offerings to customer needs.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
