Job summary

Revolut Ltd seeks a Support Specialist to oversee complaints, ensuring fair, transparent handling and collaboration with Product and QA. You’ll resolve issues, maintain a central data archive, and drive improvements in internal procedures while staying compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or provisional certificate.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Swedish (C1+).
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT skills.
• Empathy, drive and a team-player attitude.
• Independent, problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues.
• Set up and improve internal procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of fair treatment of customers.
• Organise and maintain a central data archive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints.
• Take ownership of problems, policies, or procedures end-to-end.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations to ensure compliant processes.
