Ecolab in Poland is seeking an Application Engineer to deliver technical services for our water treatment solutions. This field-based role combines service, advisory skills and close collaboration with customers and internal technical sales teams.

Based mainly at customer facilities with some home-office work, the role requires strong technical proficiency, problem solving, and willingness to travel within Poland and abroad. English skills are essential.

Qualifications

Higher technical education in chemical engineering, chemical technology, environmental engineering, chemistry, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in water treatment or industrial environment.
Category B driving license; willingness for travel.
English language skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Technical support — ongoing operation of chemical dosing equipment and monitoring/control instrumentation.
Field service — servicing industrial plants in the Płock region and neighboring areas.
Dosing installations — installation of dosing systems and commissioning new projects.
Process supervision — oversee water treatment processes and optimize operating parameters.
Chemical analyses — sampling and analyses using a mobile laboratory kit.
Audits and documentation — maintain process documentation and service reports.
Sales support — collaborate with technical-sales reps and prepare proposals.
Customer service — provide technical advice and resolve issues while upholding service standards.
