Job summary

Arrow Electronics Poland is seeking a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E to join our team. This full-time remote role requires a strong background in electrical/electronic design and regional travel to support customers and suppliers.

You will act as a technical interface, drive demand creation, develop strategic technical plans, and collaborate closely with sales to expand business with strategic partners. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience.
• Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.
• Experience as a technical point of contact.
• Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Language proficiency in Polish and English.
• Located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical project manager, interfacing between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.
• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.
• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.
• Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.
• Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.
