Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for Water Projects in Kraków. You will support water infrastructure project delivery, coordinating activities with project managers, engineers, and specialists to keep documentation and communications flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar role in Water sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• English proficiency at least B2 with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to Water project teams and clients.
• Support communication between project stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Process and track project documentation, including RFIs, invoices, contracts, drawings, and change orders.
• Maintain electronic project files across systems and platforms.
• Prepare and archive meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Assist with preparation of project reports and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and partners on documentation.
• Submit and organize project closeout documentation and records.
• Support workflows and continuous improvement within Water projects.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
