Jacobs in Kraków is seeking a Project Manager Associate Director - Water Projects to lead multidisciplinary teams across feasibility, design, procurement, construction and commissioning. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and risk while coordinating with international clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, sustainable water projects.

The role emphasizes developing junior staff, driving innovation and sustainability, and operating in a hybrid office setting with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and commissioning, appropriate to your level.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Agree and control budgets, escalation points, key milestones and targets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including programmes, cost plans, and progress reports.
• Understand and manage contracts, including procurement of subcontracts.
• Build and lead project teams of diverse individuals to actively engage with new ways of thinking to provide an agile delivery environment.
• Delegating and mentoring junior project managers/ assistant project managers
• Communicating with Clients and understanding their needs
• Promote and drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across project delivery
