Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager Associate Director - Water Projects to lead delivery of water and related infrastructure from concept to close-out. In this role you will work with multidisciplinary teams across international projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, sustainable outcomes.

You will also mentor junior project management staff and support development while collaborating with global teams on projects outside Poland, primarily in an international

• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in water/environment/infrastructure sectors
• Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule and risk across project lifecycle
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders; mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project phases from feasibility to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope with escalation points and milestones.
• Prepare documentation including programmes and cost plans; manage contracts and procurement.
• Mentor junior project managers and maintain clear client communications.
