Job summary

Jacobs invites experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our Global Design Center in Kraków/Warsaw. You will develop, maintain and analyse schedules for major water and wastewater projects across Europe, collaborating with international teams and site visits as needed.

Must hold a master’s degree in engineering or related field, have extensive planning experience on D&B/EPC projects, and be fluent in English with expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field (engineering, construction management, project management).
• Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling within infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proven track record on Design & Build (D&B), EPC, or major infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Prepare baseline schedules and manage schedule revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, forecast milestones, and identify schedule risks and delays.
• Identify critical path activities and opportunities for schedule optimisation.
• Provide schedule analyses, progress measurements, and delay impact assessments.
• Support risk identification and schedule mitigation planning with project teams.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Contribute to bid/tender planning with scheduling inputs.
