Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager Associate Director - Water Projects to lead delivery of water and related infrastructure from concept to close-out. In this role you will work with multidisciplinary teams across international projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, sustainable outcomes.

You will also mentor junior project management staff and support development while collaborating with global teams on projects outside Poland, primarily in an international

We are seeking a Project Manager Associate Director - Water Projects to support the delivery of projects within the water, environmental, and related infrastructure sectors. The role involves managing projects across their full lifecycle, from early concept and planning through design, delivery, and close-out.

The Project Manager will work within multidisciplinary teams, engage with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to the successful, safe, and sustainable delivery of projects. The role also includes supporting the development of junior project management staff where appropriate. The majority of projects assigned to this role will be located outside the country, requiring regular collaboration with international teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, appropriate to your level
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery
• Agree and control budgets, escalation points, key milestones and targets
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including programmes, cost plans, and progress reports
• Understand and manage contracts, including procurement of subcontracts
• Build and lead project teams of diverse individuals to actively engage with new ways of thinking to provide an agile delivery environment.
• Delegating and mentoring junior project managers/ assistant project managers
• Communicating with Clients and understanding their needs
• Promote and drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across project delivery
