DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in domestic and international road transport services. The role involves acquiring and servicing customers in the Greater Poland region, offering professional logistics consultancy and negotiating trade terms.

You will monitor service quality, implement planned sales plans, and help build a positive image of DSV while fostering long-term client relationships. Strong market knowledge and languages are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acquiring and implementing large customers.
• Good knowledge of the Transport, Forwarding and Logistics market.
• Polish and English at a level that allows effective business communication.
• Independence and determination in achieving the set goals.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
