Fervimax is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician based in Warsaw to provide user support and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues within a corporate environment.

You will diagnose basic hardware and software problems, assist with Windows, accounts, devices, and log incidents; escalate complex issues to Level 2 as needed. This freelance project offers an international setting with a salary between €18,000–€20,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 / Help Desk / IT Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments and end-user support.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
• Polish language at B2 level or above (mandatory).
• English skills sufficient for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Support users with Windows, access, accounts, and device-related incidents.
• Install and configure PCs, peripherals, and standard applications when required.
• Log, track, and document incidents and service requests.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to Level 2 or the appropriate technical teams.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
