Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a qualified professional to lead end-to-end warehouse automation design for major projects. You will research customer needs, analyze data, define processes, design layouts, and configure systems.

You will craft detailed technical proposals and provide presales guidance, while identifying customer opportunities to improve our offerings. You will work with regional teams to boost proposal quality across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in the warehouse automation industry with end-to-end solution design.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, with knowledge in apparel, retail, or e-commerce.
• Familiar with mainstream automation technologies (e.g., ACR, AGV, multi-shuttle, 4-way shuttles).
• Hands-on planning experience for at least one major system.
• Strong logical thinking, spatial reasoning, and communication skills; problem-solving oriented.
• International project experience preferred; fluent English for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of warehouse automation solutions for key projects, including customer research, data analysis, process definition, layout design, and system configuration.
• Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, and support sales with presales technical guidance.
• Identify and analyze customer business scenarios and propose improvements to standard software and hardware offerings.
• Participate in project risk assessments and ensure technical feasibility and quality of delivered solutions.
• Summarize and standardize solution design methodologies; support development of solution tools and internal capability training.
• Work closely with regional solution teams to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness across markets.
