Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an IT Service Desk Coordinator for our warehouse operations. You will build and lead a team of IT Technicians and Engineers, elevating performance every day and ensuring reliable IT systems in a large, highly automated facility.

You will establish strong relationships with international Warehouse IT teams, site teams, partners and service providers, acting as the local IT service expert and driving innovation across local projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and relevant IT experience.
3–5 years in a similar IT leadership or service desk role.
Fluent in Polish and English; strong communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with technology passion and stakeholder focus.
Team-oriented with ability to connect with others.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Hands-on mentality to solve problems efficiently.
Familiarity with Google tools and PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of IT Technicians and Engineers to improve daily performance.
Ensure flawless functioning of IT systems and infrastructure in a large automated warehouse; plan maintenance, services and projects.
Foster strong relationships with international Warehouse IT teams, site teams and partners; act as local IT service expert.
Drive continuous innovation by consulting on local IT projects affecting the business.
