Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing complex, multilevel software systems.
• Fluent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead software teams to deliver robotics software.
• Oversee end-to-end software projects in production environments.
• Scale deployments and improve development processes.
• Collaborate across teams to align product and engineering.
