Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Workforce Adoption, Change & Experience team. You will turn complex product questions into clear insights that drive product decisions for our global users.

In this hands-on role, you will lead generative and evaluative research, blend qualitative and quantitative methods, and partner with PMs, designers, and engineers from discovery through delivery.

• 3–5 years of hands-on UX research or product design research.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end generative and evaluative research across complex digital products
• Combine qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover meaningful user insights
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable product and design recommendations
• Embed continuous discovery and usability testing into agile product cycles
• Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers from early discovery through delivery
• Measure UX impact using metrics such as SUS, task success, and time-on-task
• Simplify complex user journeys and identify opportunities to reduce friction and cognitive load

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX/User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Experience working in agile product environmentsAbility to independently own research projects from brief through presentation
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• A strong user-first mindset with a passion for accessibility, ethical research, and meaningful product impact

Nice to have: experience working with Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migrations.
