Job summary
Billennium is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis across the IntelliCheck product lifecycle and shape the product vision. You will lead a small team, translate clinical data requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with Product Management to balance business value with regulatory needs.
The role is hybrid in Poland, requiring leadership, strong BA fundamentals, and hands-on Agile/SAFe delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles delivering complex enterprise software products.
- Experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Trial Operations is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and modern AI/LLM tools for requirements engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts (2–3).
- Drive end-to-end business analysis across product lifecycle, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define product strategy, backlog prioritization, and release planning in collaboration with Product Management.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment with AI/Regulatory teams.
