Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a healthcare project. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, lead HRSD enhancements, design data models, and manage integrations while guiding cross-functional teams.

Strong ITIL and Agile delivery experience is essential. You will collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, drive governance and audit activities, and explore new technologies to shape platform strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience designing, developing, administering, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of integrations, APIs, Web Services, SSO, SAML, REST, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Understanding of platform security, GRC/IRM frameworks, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, and scalable platform designs.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions and architecture designs.
• Lead ServiceNow HRSD enhancements, customizations, upgrades, and platform releases.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integration solutions.
• Ensure solution quality through design reviews, testing support, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive governance, compliance, and audit activities, including ICFR, SRA, BCP, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional onshore/offshore teams and support technical decision-making.
• Research new technologies and contribute to architecture reviews and platform strategy.
