Job summary
Billennium is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Workforce Adoption, Change & Experience team. You will turn complex product questions into clear insights that drive product decisions for our global users.
In this hands-on role, you will lead generative and evaluative research, blend qualitative and quantitative methods, and partner with PMs, designers, and engineers from discovery through delivery.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on UX research or product design research.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Experience in agile product environments and owning research end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management.
- User-first mindset with focus on accessibility and ethical research.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end generative and evaluative research across complex digital products.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user insights.
- Translate findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
- Embed continuous discovery and usability testing in agile cycles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and Engineers from discovery to delivery.
- Measure UX impact with SUS, task success and time-on-task.
