Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Software Sourcing in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) based in Krakow or Gdańsk, Poland. You will lead end-to-end procurement for software and cloud engagements, negotiating Master License and Cloud agreements and driving sizeable cost savings with global IT vendors.

You will build stakeholder relationships, coordinate RFx activities, and work with Legal and IT Security to ensure compliant, value-driven contracts.

Qualifications

• A decade or more of strategic IT sourcing experience is required, with proven cloud software spend knowledge.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and vendor management skills across global IT vendors.
• Ability to analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive savings.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize large IT software and cloud agreements.
• Lead RFx processes and competitive bids to optimize cost and service.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and key vendors.
• Drive P&L impact and cost avoidance through sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security and Compliance to finalize contracts.
