Fortum Corporation in Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join the Strategic Sourcing team focused on Indirect and IT categories. You will lead sourcing activities from RFx design through contract negotiations and drive SRM/CLM across assigned suppliers.

The role requires a university degree and 3–9+ years in sourcing, with strong stakeholder collaboration and fluency in English and Polish. The position is hybrid, based in Gdańsk with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3–9+ years of experience in sourcing.
• Experience in contract negotiations and SRM / CLM processes.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for business stakeholders and projects in planning sourcing activities.
• Manage sourcing events across varying complexity levels and categories.
• Own sourcing planning, RFx design, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.
• Ensure contract handover for the business and S2P for spend channel implementation.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing processes, governance, regulations, and audit trail.
• Lead SRM and CLM activities for assigned suppliers in collaboration with procurement and business stakeholders.
