Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong execution discipline with experience supporting senior leaders.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate business management reporting for the Product organization.
• Produce monthly business review materials and commentary for leadership.
• Support OKR definition, tracking and reporting.
• Develop operating model documentation and governance.
• Coordinate content creation for senior forums and cross-functional updates.
• Partner with Finance and HR for headcount and capacity analysis.
