Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group Polska Sp. z.o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Senior settlements professional to lead end-to-end trade settlements for Liquid Credit, including loans and bonds. You will collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Managers and external service providers to ensure accurate processing and risk controls.

Candidate will drive improvements, oversee reconciliations and ensure compliance with market conventions and regulatory standards across Europe, the UK, the US and Australia.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree-level education.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Settlements or Middle Office within Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Loan Agency.
• Knowledge of settlement processes and market conventions (LMA/LSTA a plus).
• Experience overseeing third-party service providers or outsourced Middle Office models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end settlements for Liquid Credit trades (loans/bonds).
• Lead relationship with third-party Middle Office provider and ensure performance.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.
• Drive process improvement and automation to enhance control and scalability.
• Prepare MI, KPIs and risk metrics for senior stakeholders.
