Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) is seeking a Vice President, Settlement Operations to lead end-to-end settlements for our Liquid Credit trades across loans and bonds in a global, fast-paced environment. The role partners with Trading, Portfolio Managers and external providers to ensure accurate, timely processing and strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• 7+ years in Settlements or Middle Office in asset management.
• Experience with Liquid Credit (loans and bonds).
• Knowledge of LMA and LSTA docs and settlement processes.
• Experience managing third-party providers and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the settlements process for Liquid Credit trades.
• Oversee third-party Middle Office provider performance in settlements and loan closings.
• Build relationships with Trading and Operations teams and stakeholders for seamless information flow.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, market conventions, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead resolution of complex settlement issues and exceptions.
• Drive process improvement and automation for better control and scalability.
• Prepare MI, KPIs, and risk metrics for senior stakeholders.
