Job summary

Societe Generale in Warsaw invites a Structured Solutions Middle Office Analyst to join a brand-new team, supporting deal lifecycle management and regulatory controls. You will collaborate with Paris colleagues, oversee loan/lease events, SPVs, and treasury functions, while ensuring risk and reporting accuracy.

The role requires back/middle office or leasing experience, solid accounting knowledge, and strong Excel.

Qualifications

• Back/middle office experience in banking or as an accountant in mobility-related industry (leasing preferred)
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables
• Excellent English; French a bonus
• Interest in learning new technologies (AI)
• Enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals
• Interest in complex financial structures and deepening knowledge

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-closing, closing and post-closing phases with the closing team
• Manage lease invoicing and payments components
• Handle lease/loan related flows and SPVs treasury for subsidiaries
• Oversee other life-cycle events for loans/leases
• Monitor risk-weighted assets for deals in portfolio
• Run administrative tasks related to deals (covenants, registrations, powers)
• Prepare and distribute internal and external reports
• Update and create departmental procedures
