Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group seeks a Vice President in Private Markets Operations to support SDP booking activities and maintain accurate deal economics in WSO. You will work with Fund Accounting, Reporting, Deal Teams and external loan agents to ensure correct lifecycles, reconciliations and data quality across the SDP operating model.

Qualifications

• Essential strong experience in private markets operations or middle office within financial services.
• Experience using WSO or comparable loan administration / investment book of records systems.
• Ability to interpret loan documentation and agent notices to validate terms and bookings.
• Experience performing reconciliations across positions, cash and fees.
• Experience with external administrators, loan agents and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SDP private credit transactions and lifecycle events are captured accurately and in a timely manner in WSO.
• Review tickets, notices and documentation to validate key terms before booking.
• Process WSO activity including new deals, add-ons, drawdowns and repayments.
• Maintain accurate WSO records across deal, tranche, portfolio levels.
• Perform and support reconciliations across positions, cash, accruals and fees.
• Interface with TPAs, loan agents and service providers to validate notices.
