Job summary

State Street in Kraków seeks a Senior Leader to drive the Fund Order Services platform deployment, onboarding clients, and migrating existing business as part of a global operating model transformation.

The role demands a strong technical background with a proven track record delivering real-time investment fund trading solutions, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or business sciences.
• 10+ years of experience within financial services and/or technical business analyst roles.
• Technically confident; power user of Excel.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global project team to design and implement a new operating model.
• Allocate and prioritize project resources against priorities.
• Analyze front-to-back trading & settlement workflows for Investment Funds.
• Deliver detailed technical documentation, project plans, and business requirements.
• Provide end-to-end support for business and system processes as needed.
