Job summary

State Street seeks an experienced leader to manage implementation of Fund Order Services, onboard new clients, migrate existing business, and ensure a scalable global operating model. A strong technical background and track record delivering real-time investment fund trading solutions are essential.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, oversee testing, and craft governance while coaching staff in a fast-moving environment. 3 days in the office weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in economic or business sciences
• 10+ years of experience within financial services and/or technical business analyst roles
• Technically confident; power user of Excel
• Excellent English language skills

Responsibilities

• Lead global project team designing and implementing a new global operating model including client onboarding and migrations
• Allocate and prioritize project team resources against client priorities
• Understand Fund Order Services infrastructure and transform into an automated future state
• Drive adoption of new technologies across Fund Order Services
• Provide end-to-end testing and documentation for new functionality
• Support business and system processes as required
• Coach and develop staff and manage talent decisions
• Escalate stakeholders and coordinate across units and vendors
