Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks an AVP, Data Operations Lead to establish and manage the Krakow Data Operations Hub. You will lead a team handling Investment and Client Data Operations, drive governance alignment, and partner with global operations to scale a secure, compliant data platform.

You will oversee service delivery, performance metrics and escalation paths, ensuring continuous improvement and strong stakeholder engagement across the Krakow hub.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, data operations, investment operations, data management or related operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong background in asset management or investment data operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Krakow Data Operations team focused on Investment and Client Data Operations.
• Manage priorities, workload allocation, performance objectives and development plans.
• Establish operating cadence across daily operations, weekly service reviews and management reporting.
• Oversee execution of Data Operations activities and workflows; monitor SLA, KPI, issue aging and remediation.
