Quanata, LLC seeks a strategic product leader to shape the future of insurance with AI-native, data-driven solutions. You will define vision and roadmaps, align with executive clients, and drive scalable, high-impact products across technology, data, and operations.

You will lead a field-changing portfolio, guide cross-functional teams, and evolve governance to support rapid, responsible growth in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
• 12-15 years of progressive product leadership experience in product management or strategy.
• Deep insurance domain knowledge and capability to connect strategy to enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap across the organization.
• Partner with executives and clients to align investments with priorities and outcomes.
• Drive lifecycle excellence from discovery to launch and improvement.
• Develop operating models, governance, and portfolio decision frameworks.
• Leverage insights and data to identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Operations, Underwriting, and Actuarial teams.
• Build and grow a high-performing product organization with accountability.
