Job summary

eMoney Advisor seeks a VP of Product Management to drive the product strategy for core platform capabilities, including data aggregation, APIs, and AI-enabled connectivity. The role leads a team of Product Managers and partners with executives to differentiate the platform while safeguarding IP and planning intelligence.

Responsibilities include defining strategy for AI platforms and data products, and aligning with technology, architecture, security, and compliance to deliver enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• Progressive Product Management experience in enterprise fintech products.
• Experience leading product organizations at VP or senior leadership level.
• Deep experience with platform products, APIs, data products and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to define product strategy for complex technology platforms used by large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms and integration patterns.
• Ability to partner with CTO, Engineering and Architecture leaders.
• Experience translating technology capabilities into customer value.
• Knowledge of generative AI, AI platforms and agentic architectures.
• Experience defining products involving AI, intelligent workflows or AI agents.
• Understanding of AI connectivity standards such as MCP and data/security implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Platform, Data, APIs and AI capabilities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership to strengthen platform differentiation.
• Establish metrics and accountability for business and platform outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology Leadership on implementation while preserving product accountability.
