Job summary

Material Bank is seeking a Field Team Associate - Virtual Engagement based in Chicago or the Southwest. You will grow the A&D member base through LinkedIn prospecting, digital outreach, and live product demos, turning outbound interest into active, ordering members.

In this high-velocity, external-facing role, you’ll own field performance reporting, reactivate lapsed members, and coordinate with Field Team and Lifecycle Marketing to scale virtual engagements while traveling ~20% for events.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in field marketing, inside sales, business development, digital engagement, or community management.
• Experience in architecture/interior design or building materials is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate responses from outbound outreach via LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on camera and in live demos.
• Disciplined, self-motivated with ability to manage a large pipeline and reporting workload.
• Comfortable building trust with people you may never meet in person; cross-functional collaboration.
• Based in Chicago or the Southwest with travel ~20% for field events.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound growth of the A&D member base via LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach.
• Lead demo-to-activation motions, running virtual demos and onboarding sessions.
• Reactivate lapsed members and expand the pipeline through personalized touchpoints.
• Extend the field team's reach virtually; nurture leads from events, visits, and trainings.
• Own field performance reporting; consolidate activity into leadership dashboards.
• Fuel growth audience registrations and orders from outreach and activation.
