CourageOUS Curriculum is seeking two Virtual Assistants to drive LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and social media engagement for a high-ticket K–12 program. You will nurture conversations, research prospects, and coordinate with Shannon to schedule qualified meetings.

Ideal candidates excel in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook messaging, with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a proven outreach methodology. This is a remote, two-VA engagement with training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of professional LinkedIn communication.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
• Strong Facebook and Instagram skills.
• Instagram DMs handling experience.
• Professional and personable communication style.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Shannon’s account and networks.
• Identify and research decision-makers across target organizations.
• Segment and manage lead lists; personalize outreach using approved scripts.
