Job summary

OKX is looking for a dedicated VIP Relationship Manager for its Poland team to grow the VIP client base, onboard high-net-worth and institutional clients, and drive AUM growth. You will collaborate with product and operations to optimize offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand partnerships across Europe.

You will engage with HNWIs, family offices, and pro traders, building long-term relationships while guiding them through trading tools and yield products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of VIP business development and account management in crypto/fintech/trading or wealth management.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for revenue optimization and client feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Drive trading volume and maximize AUM by onboarding and retaining VIP clients in Poland.
• Formulate revenue strategy and align with European product offerings.
• Lead partnerships and negotiate with Europe-based partners to expand reach.
• Manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and key clients; secure referrals.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, MiCA, MFSA, and cross-border licensing requirements.
