OKX is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw. You will lead affiliate recruitment, manage VIP traders and crypto communities, and drive growth through strategic partnerships across Poland and beyond.

You’ll apply strong analytical skills and experience in affiliate marketing or BD in crypto or finance, collaborating with product teams to enhance offerings and optimize user acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

• Proven experience in affiliate ops, performance marketing, or BD in crypto/finance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of trading and crypto industries, market trends, and regulations.
• Recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities to grow the network.
• Drive measurable results by campaigns to increase trading volume, users, and active transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIPs and affiliates to align with business objectives.
• Initiate meetings with partners to expand cooperation locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide market insights for better offerings.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Expert Knowledge - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.
• Affiliate Recruitment - Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.
• Results-Driven Approach - Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
• Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.
• Partnership Expansion - Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.
• Collaboration with Product Team - Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
• Competitor Analysis - Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading - especially in Poland
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or similar) to driving decisions
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization
• Understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations relevant to the Polish/Eastern European region

Nice to Have

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
• Knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a strong plus
