Job summary

Universal Investment in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior AML/KYC Specialist to strengthen our Private Asset and Traditional Funds teams. You will perform due diligence, interact with clients and regulators, and drive AML/KYC excellence across processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and fluent English, with hybrid working options and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Law, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience with AML/KYC matters and processes.
• Demonstrated strong performance in resolving AML/KYC cases.
• Exposure to traditional funds and private assets investors, complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Initial and/or Ongoing Due Diligence within Private Asset or Traditional Funds teams.
• Interact with clients and investors for AML/KYC clarifications and regulatory obligations.
• Perform open-source research to complete files and gather evidence.
• Prepare reports/KPIs for internal and external parties related to due diligence activities.
• Be a key contact for Client Service on AML customer matters.
• Manage screening hits and deliver on KPI objectives.
• Identify areas of improvement in AML/KYC processes and propose solutions.
