Job summary

RISK inc, an international iGaming company, seeks a VIP CRM Team Lead to guide the VIP CRM team in Warsaw. You will shape the VIP customer lifecycle, build promo plans, and drive data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

You will manage segmentation strategies, measure weekly metrics, and oversee CRM processes to optimize performance. Proficiency in English and iGaming CRM tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming.
• Experience managing a CRM or related team.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle communication, segmentation, retention, and promo mechanics.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and established CRM processes.
• Ability to independently identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product and other teams.
• Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve existing CRM processes and team workflows.
• Coordinate CRM initiatives with Product, VIP Support, Content, Casino, and other teams.
• Research competitors and propose new CRM and VIP initiatives.

We are looking for a VIP CRM Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and other business teams;
• Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with VIP audiences, including deeper segmentation, personalized communication, and high-value players.
