Job summary

RISK is seeking an Affiliate Manager to grow our iGaming affiliate network in Warszawa. You will manage partner relationships, monitor traffic quality, and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue. The role emphasizes outreach, deal negotiations, and onboarding of new traffic sources.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in affiliate management within iGaming, strong English and Ukrainian communication skills, and solid Excel/Sheets proficiency for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Solid iGaming knowledge and understanding of affiliate deal structures (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• 6+ months of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming or related networks.
• Excellent written communication in Ukrainian and English (intermediate or higher).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with capability for cold outreach via Telegram/Skype.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Support & Account Management: maintain relationships with partners and address inquiries promptly.
• Traffic Monitoring & Analytics: track key metrics (ROI, LTV) and optimize campaigns.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in the iGaming niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Support & Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners. Handle daily technical or organizational inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Traffic Monitoring & Analytics: Track traffic quality and volume, analyze core performance metrics (Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, ROI, LTV), and optimize overall campaign outcomes.

• Onboarding & Scouting: Actively recruit new webmasters, media buying teams, and affiliate networks. Conduct outreach, negotiate deals, and onboard new traffic sources.

Requirements:

• Solid iGaming Knowledge: Clear understanding of affiliate deal structures (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Baseline, Hold) and full-funnel mechanics from click to deposit.

• Experience: 6+ months of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming affiliate network, media buying team, or direct advertiser.

• Languages: Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate or higher) is a strong plus.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport easily, persuade, and handle cold outreach via Telegram/Skype effortlessly.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to draw data-driven conclusions from traffic reports.
