Job summary

Growe is seeking a detail-oriented risk/analytical professional to monitor CRM and promotional activities from a risk perspective. You will review campaign mechanics, analyze user data for anomalies, and investigate risk-related cases with clear findings and recommendations.

The role involves working with BI reports, collaborating with CRM and Affiliate teams, and contributing to ongoing risk procedure improvements. Intermediate English is required, and prior iGaming risk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in iGaming, preferably in Risk, Fraud, KYC, CRM, VIP, Customer Support, or related area.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with reports or operational data.
• Understanding of bonuses, promotions, user behavior, or risk-related processes is a plus.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Investigate risk-related cases and prepare clear findings and recommendations.

• Support ongoing reviews of current risk procedures and suggest areas for improvement.
