Job summary

AUTODOC in Warsaw is seeking a dedicated Vendor Operations Specialist to oversee daily order fulfillment across our warehouse network. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery to fulfillment centers and address disruptions with proactive problem-solving, while managing external vendors to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management or procurement operations.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English proficiency, alongside knowledge of Russian, German, or Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Conduct daily order fulfillment monitoring.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: Establish KPIs to monitor vendor and fulfillment performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, finance, operations, customer service and IT.
• Administration & Onboarding: Maintain vendor records and coordinate onboarding.
• Process Optimization: Drive improvements to maximize efficiency and quality in the supply chain.
