Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on, entry-level Vendor Data Coordinator to support supplier onboarding, master data accuracy, and contract documentation in a global commercial real estate environment.

You will collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers, manage vendor records in procurement systems, collect documents, and assist with spend analysis and KPI tracking, with training from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business, economics, administration or related field.
• Strong written and spoken Polish and English.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and pre-qualification, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to collect documents and keep onboarding on schedule.
• Enter and update vendor master data in procurement systems.
• Assist with contract documentation and filing in a structured way.
• Prepare routine compliance and contract reports and assist spend analysis.
