AUTODOC is hiring a Process Engineer for logistics engineering to design and optimize warehouse processes across our European operations. You will translate complex logistics concepts into actionable layouts and workflows, driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams and SMEs.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven decisions, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on English and Polish communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field related to logistics engineering.
• 3+ years in logistics/industrial/systems engineering, preferably in fast-paced DC/e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and equipment in modern logistics.
• Proven ability to manage improvement projects across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical skills for capacity, throughput and space analyses.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced English and Polish; willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize warehouse processes, layouts, and material-flow concepts.
• Develop technical assumptions and scenarios for new projects and daily workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement with Operations and SMEs to standardize workflows.
• Propose and champion automation tech, WMS, and modern equipment.
• Support procurement, RFQs, and selection of automation solutions.
• Create engineering documentation to ensure quality and scalability.
• Translate data into actionable optimization opportunities and risk insights.
