Job summary

Allegro in Warsaw is seeking a Manager, Value Proposition Management to design and deliver high-impact cross-functional programs within the Campaign Team of the Commerce Organization. You will own initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and build a high-performing team driving collaboration and strategic action.

The role emphasizes translating features into business benefits, solving complex problems with data insights, leading cross-functional projects, and shaping processes and performance

Qualifications

• Analytical & problem solving: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems, and deriving business insights based on data
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, Consumer industries, or top-tier consulting with a focus on consumer-related projects
• People leadership: Proven track record of attracting, hiring and retaining best talent in the organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates
• Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions

Responsibilities

• Value Proposition Design: translating technical features into clear business benefits, mapping user journeys, and tailoring the offer to market needs
• Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer, brand and internal customer needs
• Manage complex cross-functional projects, delivering results in timely manner
• Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data-driven solutions
• Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals - effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
• Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
• Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress
• Strong leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving performance management, capacity planning, and operational standards that foster seamless VPM-PM collaboration
